Seromni SGPS is the managing holding company and owner of the majority shareholdings in companies Omnitécnica SA, Omniprojectos SA, Omnilectro SA, Omnifin Ltd. and Omnilink Ltd.

Fulfills to this society to manage and coordinate the strategy and management of the companies mentioned above, focusing in the collective goals over the individual objectives of each company.

All the companies are represented at the Board of Directors.
